LifeWave, LLC has attempted to transfer distributors in the right leg of Business Center #1 to the left leg of Business Center #1 without the consent of DELETE. This action is in violation of the section of the Policies and Procedure entitled “Unfair Competition, Cross-Sponsoring, and Down line Raiding”. Pursuant to the Company Policies and Procedures, these actions are grounds for termination of the company’s distributor positions. Please forward this complaint to the LifeWave Customer Services Department pursuant to the Policies and Procedures;
LifeWave, LLC previously violated its Policies and Procedures by transferring distributors from the right leg of Business Center #1 to its left leg, which is expressly prohibited in the “Change of Sponsorship” section of the Policies and Procedures. Even though the distributors were placed back in the proper positions and all commissions were paid to Business Center #1, the total disregard for the Company’s Policies and Procedures and the unethical tactics of the management will harm the reputation of the Company and the relationship with its distributors; and
In the LifeWave Compensation Plan, the Company represents that “Commissions are paid once per week”. LifeWave has violated this provision by failing to pay Business Center #1 the commission due on May 31, 2005 and the commission due on June 7, 2005. The Company’s willful disregard for this provision is evident in the e-mail correspondence regarding the misplaced check that is in Mr. Warren Hanchey’s desk drawer.
