This is extortion. Percentage Ownership is illegal

Your company was given a letter from my law firm earlier today. Let this be for the record, it is my understanding that you are all owners of LifeWave, LLC. It is also my understanding to the best of my knowledge; some of you own a percentage of LifeWave Products, LLC... From this point forward, all communication will go through my attorney whose name, email address, and phone number is on the letter (attachment through email) that was given to David Schmidt today June 9^th, 2005.
